The course, which runs from 27-29 June 2017 includes training on preparing a vulnerable witness's testimony; protective measures for vulnerable witnesses; examination and cross-examination of vulnerable witnesses; proofing a vulnerable witness; rights of participants in the reparation stage; possible types of reparation; procedure in the reparation stage; relevant case law in the reparation matters; the rights of the defence in the adversarial system and achieving best evidence and practice.
